Shipping policy

Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 pm ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders after 2:00 pm ET, or on weekends and US holidays, ship the next business day.

Rates and timing (United States)

• Standard (USPS Ground Advantage / UPS Ground): $5.95, free on orders over $75. Delivery in 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited (UPS 2nd Day Air): $14.95. Delivery in 2 business days after dispatch.

Tracking

Every order receives a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, contact us at support@slabworks.co and we'll open a carrier investigation.

Address issues

We can edit a shipping address until the order is handed to the carrier. After that, refused or undeliverable packages are refunded minus outbound shipping once they return to us.

International

We currently ship to the United States only. Join the email list for international launch updates.

Damage in transit

Photograph the packaging and the item, email support@slabworks.co within 7 days of delivery, and we'll ship a replacement or refund in full. Do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved.
