Who we are

This store is operated by Slabworks, an online-only retailer based in the State of Michigan, United States. Throughout these terms, Slabworks is referred to as we, us, or our. You can reach us by email at support@slabworks.co or through our contact form, and we reply within one business day.

Placing an order

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state and that the information you provide is accurate. We may refuse or cancel any order, including an order where a product was listed at an incorrect price or where we cannot verify the billing information. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Prices and product information

Prices are in United States dollars and may change without notice. We work to describe every product accurately, including its dimensions and what it fits. Product photography may include graded card slabs and other items to show scale. Those items are not included with your purchase unless the listing says so.

Compatibility statements

Where a listing says a product fits PSA, BGS, CGC, or SGC slabs, or fits Elite Trainer Boxes, that is a statement of physical fit only. Slabworks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any grading company, card manufacturer, or game publisher.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping timelines and rates are set out in our shipping policy. Returns and refunds are set out in our refund policy. Both are part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

Our products are storage, display, and preparation accessories. We are not liable for damage to cards, loss of value, grading outcomes, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of a product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page is the version that applies to your order.
